The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

General

This website is the property of gifts'n'games
Deliveries are to UK mainland addresses. Orders received for non UK addresses will be cancelled and any payments taken refunded within 10 working days.
To order you must be aged 18 or over
Supply is for items as described in product details, securely packed in plain, robust packaging.
These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.

Ordering

All prices shown are in pounds Sterling and are fully inclusive of Value added Tax.
Postage and Packing are charged extra based on the items weight, cost will be shown when item added to cart prior to payment.
An automatic email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from gifts'n'games.
Credit/Debit card details will be checked together with valid address information and other security data prior to despatch by our secure credit/debit card processor
All order queries will be emailed to the ordering Email address prior to despatch.
Order confirmation will be Emailed to the ordering Email address following despatch
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being out of stock, see Product Availability
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions

Product Availability

All products are normally available from stock, however if a product will not be in stock within 7 days of order we will email the ordering Email address to offer an alternative or refund any payments taken.
Descriptions correct at time of publication however may vary at producers discretion colour of items may vary from that displayed dependent on screen set up.

Delivery

Standard delivery is via Royal Mail and normally takes 3 to 5 working days. Note: Personalised items, and other made to order items, delivery times are 7 to 10 working days .(Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and excludes UK Bank Holidays and others as prescribed).
A receipt will be sent to the ordering address together with Despatch references after Despatch.
All deliveries will require a signature.

Refunds/Replacement

Damages. Full refund (or replacement) will be made upon receipt of goods in original packing, within 7 days of delivery. You must obtain a returns authorisation, see contacts, and will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods and ensuring adequate packaging.
Returns. Full refund of order value less delivery costs will be made upon receipt of goods, in good condition within 7 days of delivery. You must obtain a returns authorisation, see contacts, and will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods and ensuring adequate packaging. Note: Personalised items, and other made to order items, are excluded from our returns policy.
Goods undeliverable. All deliverers will leave a card if recipients unavailable and after a suitable period if goods not called for return to sender (gifts'n'games). In this case originator of order will be emailed and offered two alternatives. Either to re-send goods to original, or new, address at cost of postage, packaging, and administration costs or refund as Returns above.
